Zach

With over a decade of experience, Zach began his training in the Marine Corps. He quickly went from just getting himself in shape, but teaching others to do the same. From there he found love in strength training and began competing in Powerlifting. However, when 2020 came the world needed to find a way to train not just for strength, but for optimizing body composition and nutrition. This naturally lead to a pursuit in bodybuilding. He now competes as a bodybuilder, but continues to train others for whatever goals they may have!

Legacy Training Lab works with a number of trainers to help you reach your personal goals. You can expect training that is customized to your needs with respect to both programming and personality. Trainers are flexible to your needs and can offer in-person, online, or a hybrid approach. Each operates independently, but can be reached through the gym contact information.
